We price by how much space your stuff takes in the trailer. You see the number before we lift a single thing, and it doesn't move.

Same-day and next-day slots

Junk in the Trunk started with one trailer, one phone number and one rule: tell people the truth about what it costs. Alexis got tired of watching neighbors get bait-and-switched by companies that quote low on the phone and high in the driveway.

Questions people actually ask.
We price by volume — how much room your items take up in the trailer — not by the hour. A single item starts around $95, a quarter load runs about $225, and a full load is around $625. Your quote includes labor, loading, dump fees and cleanup. See the full pricing page for the whole ladder.
Not necessarily. Plenty of customers text us a photo, approve the quote and leave the items in the garage, driveway or side yard. We'll send photos when the job is done and take payment over the phone.
Usually, yes. Most calls that come in before noon get a same-day slot, and we hold openings for closing deadlines, move-outs and landlord turnovers. Call or text 214-934-1711 and we'll tell you straight if we can make it.
We can't haul hazardous material — wet paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos, propane tanks or medical waste. Everything else is fair game. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll tell you in a minute.
Anything usable goes to local donation partners first, metal and appliances go to recyclers, and only what's genuinely dead goes to the transfer station. We're happy to tell you exactly where your items ended up.
Yes — fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial work. Property managers and general contractors can request a certificate of insurance before we come out.
