Everything people ask before they book.
Pricing, scheduling, what we take and what happens to it afterward. If your question isn’t here, call or text — we answer both.
We price by volume — how much space your items take up in the trailer. A single item starts at $95, a minimum load is $145, a quarter load is $225, a half load is $375, three-quarter is $495 and a full load is $625. Labor, loading, disposal fees and cleanup are all included. The pricing page has the full ladder plus common single-item rates.
None. No fuel surcharge, no stairs fee, no long-carry fee, no weekend fee and no dump-fee line item added at the end. If we quote you $375, you pay $375. If we misjudge the size of the load, that is our estimating error to eat, not yours.
No. Photo quotes by text are free and usually come back within the hour. On-site estimates are also free — we’ll come look, give you a number, and leave if you’d rather think about it.
Cash, credit, debit, Venmo or Zelle, after the trailer is loaded and you’ve had a look at the cleared space. Contractors and property managers can set up Net-30 invoicing on an account.
For most single-room jobs, garage cleanouts and mid-size remodels, yes — once you add up delivery, rental days, overage fees and the hours you’d spend loading it yourself. For a multi-week gut renovation, a dumpster usually wins. We’ll tell you honestly which one you are.
Most days, yes. Calls that come in before noon usually get a same-day slot, and we hold openings for closing deadlines, move-outs and landlord turnovers. Call or text 214-934-1711 and we’ll tell you straight.
Not necessarily. Plenty of customers text a photo, approve the quote, and leave items in the garage, driveway or side yard. We send photos when the job is done and take payment over the phone.
None, ideally — but a day helps us give you a tighter window. Weekends and the first and last week of the month book up fastest.
Tell us when we arrive. If it still fits the load size you were quoted, the price doesn’t change. If it bumps you to the next size, we’ll tell you the new number before we load a single extra thing.
Saturdays are normal business days for us and Sundays are available by appointment. Commercial customers can book after-hours and overnight crews so your staff and customers never see the trailer.
Hazardous material: wet paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos, propane tanks, ammunition, and biohazard or medical waste. These have to go to a county household-hazardous-waste facility — ask us and we’ll point you to the closest one. Everything else is fair game.
We come get it wherever it sits. Upstairs bedroom, back of the garage, attic, crawlspace, backyard — you don’t carry anything. That’s the whole service.
Yes. Those are disassembly jobs, so they’re priced individually — typically $350–$900 depending on size and access. Send photos and we’ll quote it.
We take all of it and route it to a certified e-waste recycler. If you need certified data destruction for business drives, tell us and we’ll handle it accordingly.
We do, discreetly and without judgment. Tell us roughly what we’re walking into so we bring the right crew size, protective equipment and time allowance.
Usable furniture, appliances and household goods go to local charities and family-support organizations first. Metal, appliances and electronics go to recyclers. Clean green waste goes to a mulching facility. Only what’s genuinely dead goes to the transfer station — that’s about 28% of what we haul, and we’re working on lowering it.
Yes, on request. Tell us at booking and we’ll route your usable items to a partner that issues documentation, then get it to you afterward.
Fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work. Property managers and general contractors can request a certificate of insurance before we come out.
We put runners down on the floors and pads on the door jambs before anything moves, and we’ll disassemble a piece in the room rather than force it through a doorway. In the rare event something does get damaged, we’re insured and we make it right.
Every job ends with a broom. No drag marks, no stray screws, no ring of dust where the dresser used to be.
