What moves the price
Four things, and you’ll hear about all of them up front.

Volume, not time
We price by how much space your items take in the trailer. A crew that works fast doesn’t cost you more.

Access, a little
Third-floor walk-up with a long carry takes more crew time than a driveway pile. It’s reflected in the quote up front, never added after.

Weight, occasionally
Concrete, brick, dirt and tile hit trailer weight limits before they fill the space, so heavy material is priced by the load.

Distance, rarely
Anywhere in our core service area is the same price. Well outside it, we’ll tell you the travel add before you book.
What’s always included
- All labor and loading — you lift nothing
- Stairs, elevators, long carries and tight hallways
- Disassembly of furniture that won’t fit
- Floor runners and door-jamb protection
- All disposal, transfer station and recycling fees
- Donation drop-offs and receipts on request
- Sweep-up of the cleared area
What we can’t take
Wet paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos, propane tanks, ammunition, biohazard and medical waste. These are hazardous materials and have to go to a county household-hazardous-waste facility. Ask us and we’ll point you to the nearest one.
How you can pay
Cash, credit, debit, Venmo or Zelle — after the trailer is loaded and you’ve looked at the space. Contractors and property managers can set up Net-30 invoicing.
The promise
The number we text you is the number you pay.
No fuel surcharge. No stairs fee. No “that was heavier than it looked.” If we misjudge a load, that’s our estimating problem, not your invoice.
