Donation and recycling routes before the transfer station, on every single job. It costs us time. We do it anyway.

Junk in the Trunk started with one trailer, two phone numbers and a rule that hasn’t changed: tell people the truth about what it costs.
Alexis kept hearing the same story from friends and neighbors around Dallas. They’d call a junk removal company, get told “probably around two hundred,” and then watch that number climb to four hundred once the truck was in the driveway and the crew was already carrying things.
By then you’re stuck. Your couch is halfway down the stairs. You pay it.
So she bought a trailer and started doing it the other way around: look at the job, quote the real number, write it down, and honor it. If the load turns out bigger than it looked, that’s a lesson in estimating — not a line item on your invoice.
Heavy things down narrow stairs. Garages that haven’t been opened all the way in six years. Estate cleanouts where somebody needs to slow down and set the photo albums aside. Jobsites that need to be clear before the tile guy shows up Monday.
And the part nobody puts on a website: showing up when we said we would, and being pleasant to have in your house.
Roughly seven out of every ten pounds we haul never sees a landfill. Furniture and household goods in usable shape go to local charities and family-support organizations. Metal and appliances go to recyclers. Electronics go to certified e-waste processors. Clean green waste goes to a mulching facility. Only the genuinely dead stuff goes to the transfer station — and we’re happy to tell you exactly where any of it ended up.

“Clearing spaces, creating peace. That’s not a slogan we bought off a designer — it’s what people tell us they feel when the truck pulls away.”

Uniformed crew, text updates on arrival, floors protected, and a broom in hand before we leave.
Most of our calls come on hard days. We work like guests in your home, because that’s what we are.
Quoted before we lift. Never adjusted after. No surcharges, no stairs fees, no dump-fee surprise.
People remember “Junk in the Trunk.” They remember the pink trailer. And they remember the line on the tailgate — the only junk we don’t remove is your ex — which has started more driveway conversations than any ad we’ve ever run.
Underneath the fun, this is a licensed, insured, woman-owned small business that shows up on time and quotes straight. The humor is real. So is the work.
We’re booking same-day and next-day pickups across the metroplex right now.
